About:
I am a commercial attorney who is passionate about the significant contribution that individuals and organisations make to the growth and development of the South African economy. I pride myself in assisting my clients to continue contributing to the economy by protecting their commercial and business interests through preventative measures (such as making sure that contracts are drafted properly from the outset) and, where necessary, by way of litigation, arbitration or mediation. Outside work, you will probably find me playing a round of golf, a game of indoor soccer or out for a road/urban trail run.

• Company secretarial work including lodging of relevant company documentation to the CIPC;

About:
I am an attorney who thrives in commercial litigation in its various forms, with my main specialisation being banking, finance and certain tax law related matters. Over the last 10 years, I have assisted private and state-owned financial entities with their banking and financial law related matters. My experience with banking and financial law matters has led me to gain a vast experience in insolvency law and business rescue. 

In addition to the above, I have attended to matters pertaining to administrative and procurement law.

In all the matters that I attend to, I ensure that they are resolved in a commercially sound and expeditious manner, therefore I do not shy away from assisting clients with mediation or arbitration should the need arise.

If I am not walking the corridors of courts, tribunals and similar forums, you will find me with my family or enjoying a game of soccer or a round of golf. I also enjoys reading and listening to music.
